Information We Collect
On certain pages, users are asked to provide us with contact information, including name, phone, and e-mail address, as a requirement. This information is solely used internally by StreamCast. StreamCast will NOT provide your information to any third party. .
Any information you provide may be used for StreamCast marketing purposes, including but not limited to, one-off promotional e-mailing, direct mail, and sales contacts. All requests for list removal will be honoured.
Cancelling a service with StreamCast may not necessarily mean that your account is removed from our database, if you would like your account to be fully removed from the database, email email@example.com from the email address you registered with. Please note that we do take regular backups of our billing system data, so after removal there may be some residual information in the backups. However, backups are hosted on secure servers which no one else has access to. In the very unlikely event of a failure that requires a backup to be restored, your account may be backed up with the rest of the data. In this case, please email again with a removal request.
