Shoutcast DNAS Page Says Server Is Currently Down

 

New users of Shoutcast are often confused when they see the message 'Server is currently down on the DNAS page. It may seem counterintuitive, but this does not mean that the server is down or that there are any problems with your server. It actually means that the server is online and waiting for you to stream to it.

If when you go to your DNAS page and it loads then it is in fact online and ready to accept your stream - there is no need to open a support ticket:
